Operating under a brand called Two Katz Hospitality, we’re a restaurant development and operations company, currently in its infancy.

We’re focused on fast casual concepts that are specific, scalable, and stylish. Each of our concepts will meet the demand for great quality well-priced fare, served in an attractive environment. We intend to be a multi-concept, multi-unit business, and while we plan to operate many of our own restaurants, our ultimate goal is to franchise our brands to achieve outsized growth. Treating our people—whether staff, vendors, customers, community, or investors—with integrity and compassion will be key to our success.

We’re currently working on our first concept, F&O’s Sloppy Joes, which will be rolled out through a series of pop-ups starting this Summer, 2025. We’ve been refining this concept for over a year, and are excited to finally bring it to market. In tandem with the development of F&O’s, we’re exploring several other opportunities: a latke shop reminiscent of day’s spent in our Nana’s kitchen; a pizza and cocktail joint with an old school vibe; and a breakfast taco spot, perfect for the quick morning bite.
